I suggest coach Esha Mehta in dealing with complex marital issue. She was very patient in listening to us during session, she helped us resolve our issues from the base through simple conversation. We found it easy to confide in her about personal matters, feeling a strong sense of comfort. Her availability, responding promptly to calls and messages at any hour, was greatly appreciated. Through her efforts, she effectively resolved misunderstandings, significantly enhancing our relationship through counseling.

Esha is a very sorted counsellor who helped me understand my overwhelming emotions, identified the root cause of each underlying feeling and solved them separately. She gently corrected my mindset wherever required, giving convincing explanations, to help me feel better.

She is very patient and has a lot of personalization in her approach. She comes across as a friend wherever she needs to be one and swiftly takes on the role of a counsellor wherever it is required, thus helps us to be open with her without the fear of being judged.

I would say m definitely lucky to find esha dii.. m a person who is way too shy in expressing something in front of strangers.. m a person who is always in herself.. I don't care what is happening around me.. m happy with myself.. in my own world.. bt with dii I automatically start expressing myself.. my views.. without a second thought.. believe me.. I haven't put a single effort in trying to be comfortable with her.. as I was dealing with my own self.. I was not in that state of mind to think about anything.. or anyone.. bt I don't know how bt ya she did make me comfortable in my first visit only.. she listend me so patiently.. she didn't for once ask me to stop.. or cut me in between while I was sharing my thoughts.. nd that's what I had always wanted.. someone who can listen me.. without judging.. without interrupting.. nd I think.. we all want that somewhere down the line.. be it any problem.. related to anything.. or anyone.. first we want is to let out our thoughts.. views out.. nd trust me.. m saying this with my experience.. your problem will be half solved.. nd then ur mind would be clean nd clear to think about the solution.. nd esha dii not only listened me.. bt helped me in choosing the right path.. right nd positive solution.. it's only because of esha dii that I have overcome my fears.. my depression.. I was suffering through a lot of anxiety issues and stress. Loss of a parent along with settling in a job made my life quite stressful. Tried multiple techniques by myself but was not able to come out of that state. Finally when I visited Esha, she first understood my mental state by asking a few questions. She made me feel extremely comfortable to speak about my issues without any judgement and explained me about the reasons why I am facing this.

In subsequent sessions, she taught me various ways & techniques on how to face and react to stress and anxiety. Esha was also able to make me figure out my thinking patterns and certain personal issues which I was not accepting openly.

I am grateful to her that now my anxiety has significantly reduced and I am able to perform well at my workplace. The push that she has given me to react positively to difficult situations and focus on your own mojo has made my life better.
